We invite your organization or company to inquire about chartering opportunities throughout the world. We know the ships and owners and we'll match the right cruise ship with your needs.

To start the process you need to provide us with the following information:
- Contact information (including a phone number)
- Charter dates (month, year)
- Ship size (number of cabins and passengers)
- Sailing region (desired ports)
- Budget constraints (initial deposit and an irrevocable letter of credit will be required)

We will then work to:
- find the most suitable cruise ship
- obtain proposals from ship owners
- negotiate rates
- review contracts
- arrange pre-charter ship inspections if necessary

Most charters are contracted at least one year in advance. Typically, a 10-25% deposit is required at contract signing along with an irrevocable letter of credit for the balance. The ship owner will set up a payment schedule, with the final payment approximately 90-120 days prior to departure.

Please only inquire if you have adequate financial backing. Also let us know if you would be open for a partial charter for your group. A partial charter is less risky and is a very rewarding alternative.

Here is an indication of charter rates for a 7-day voyage in the Mediterranean on an all-inclusive small luxury liner/yacht:
50 guests: US$130,000
100 guests: US$600,000
300 guests: US$1,000,000
400 guests: US$1,600,000
550 guests: US$2,200,000

Rates are normally less for other regions and less luxurious vessels. We always recommend quality.
